Harry Styles is a son of a wealthy family and is your average rich-boy delinquent. Always walking in his older brother’s shadow, he takes life as a big joke and wastes his days partying, drinking, and doing anything to go against the wishes of his father.

Everything changes when a heated argument with his brother leads to a car accident, leaving his older brother dead and him feeling the weight of guilt on his shoulders. Feeling shameful and pressured by his father to become the next successor of the company, he finds himself on the edge of his balcony.

He wakes up in the hospital with his legs paralyzed after his unsuccessful attempt at suicide. Now having to get around in a wheelchair, he meets a boy named Louis Tomlinson. Louis is your average happy-go-lucky kind of guy. Harry chooses to stay away from him (including the other patients) since he believes people like that are just a nuisance. All the other patients decided to do the same towards Harry and ignore his presence as well,

except Louis.

Every day, Harry would try to hide from Louis, but he always found him somehow.
Eventually, he gave up and found himself getting used to being around the Louis. Harry never really had anyone interested enough to get to know him, so this was a first. He and Louis soon became very close and he begins to learn that there’s more to life than what he had been living before.
Hoping to go on adventures together, they both make a promise to get out of the hospital as soon as they can.

Half a year goes by and winter approaches. Harry makes a full recovery, but Louis is gradually getting more ill. With time running out on Louis’ life, Harry does everything he can to make his friend’s last days happy.

*note: This is what happens when I watch too much korean drama…
